Felix Manzanero was born in Madrid. At fourteen he began his apprenticeship at Jose' Ramirez's workshop. There he learned the art of luthiery. After working there for twelve years, he started his own business and workshop at Santa Ana street in Madrid. Many famous concert guitarists from all over the world have visited him and admire his art.
Felix Manzanero has dedicated a great deal of his time to investigating the guitar and the study of sound for many years. He has built a guitar without fan braces and with a seventh interior string. He has also designed an Eliptical guitar searching for a better sound.
At the moment, he is investigating the development of an elaborated Technical System to find the ideal measurement of the harmonic table before mounting the instrument.
